Sonia brings passion, depth, wisdom and clarity to her coaching and provides an open and relaxed environment where her clients can explore all aspects of themselves without fear. She offers unique experiential learning that combines body oriented modalities with education and counseling stressing the importance of working with the whole person and the need for the integration of the body, mind and spirit. She is an insightful and inspiring educator who shares her knowledge openly in a fun and informative way and loves supporting people to reach their full sexual potential and to reconnect with their innate joy and vitality. Sonia is also a single Mother of a 20 year old son and believes life is too short to not experience and explore as much as you can and to have as much fun as possible along the way. Sonia Grimaldi is a sexuality educator, counsellor and pleasure activist who for the last 12 years has devoted herself to coaching and empowering couples, individuals and groups in the practices of tantra. Her training and background includes a Degree in Education, a Masters in Sexology, with formal training in sex therapy, sex education and counseling. She has been involved in the health and human potential movement for over 25 years and has studied with some of the worlds leading tantra masters. In her teaching and coaching she draws on multiple perspectives and combines her more formal training in sexuality with an extensive knowledge of the more alternative healing arts.
